1. Source
Cryptotanshinone is a compound found in Salvia miltiorrhiza, a plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family. Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. A highly purified monomeric ingredient is extracted and refined from dried roots and rhizomes using processes such as ethanol reflux extraction and purification with macroporous resin, thereby maximizing the preservation of the active ingredients’ structure and efficacy. 。

( 1 ) Powerful antibacterial action: It exhibits significant inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli, particularly targeting the bacterial flora associated with acne.
