Production Base
The company’s production base is located in Yongshou County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of approximately 25 mu. Situated adjacent to a national highway and a high-speed railway station, the base boasts a convenient and well-connected transportation network, providing efficient logistical support for raw material procurement and finished-product shipment. The base features a scientifically and rationally planned layout, equipped with multiple independent, standardized workshops for extraction, separation, and purification, thus establishing a closed-loop production line that covers the entire process—from raw material handling to finished-product output. The workshops are outfitted with core production equipment such as multi-functional extraction units, multi-purpose reaction vessels, macroporous resin adsorption devices, membrane concentration equipment, and preparative chromatography systems. Relying on mature processes and precise control, the base achieves an annual processing capacity of 1,000 tons of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and an annual production capacity of 2,000 kilograms of plant-derived active monomers. Meanwhile, leveraging the division of labor and collaboration among its subsidiaries, Shaanxi Hanxuan Phytochem Co., Ltd. focuses on the separation of natural plant-derived active monomers, while Shaanxi Handexing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. undertakes contract manufacturing services for the extraction of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, thereby forming a specialized and refined production structure that provides global customers with stable, high-quality natural product raw materials.
