Aescin is a substance that... Dried, mature seeds of plants belonging to the genus Aesculus in the family Hippocastanaceae. The highly purified monomeric ingredients, extracted and refined from raw materials, are obtained through processes such as ethanol reflux extraction and purification using macroporous resin, thereby maximizing the preservation of the active ingredients’ structure and efficacy.
2. Core Efficacy and Applications
( 1 ) Anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling, improves microcirculation. ：
Efficacy: Inhibit inflammatory factors ( TNF- Alpha, IL-6 Prostaglandin release, which alleviates tissue inflammatory responses; reduces vascular permeability, minimizes extravasation of tissue fluid, and relieves edema; improves microcirculatory dysfunction and promotes the resolution of stasis. 。
