Recently, a group of important customers from various regions made a special visit to the production facility of Shaanxi Hanxuan Phytochem Co., Ltd. to observe the end-to-end production process of core products such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts. Relevant heads from the company’s Sales Department and Production Department formed a dedicated reception team, providing warm and meticulous accompaniment throughout the visit and proactively addressing customer needs. This fully demonstrated the company’s proactive openness and sincere cooperation, as well as its high regard for every customer.
The reception team guided the client on an in-depth tour of the standardized production workshop, sequentially visiting key process stages—including raw-material screening, washing and pulverization, extraction and purification, concentration and drying, and finished-product testing—according to the product manufacturing sequence. Throughout the visit, staff members provided detailed explanations, supported by on-site footage, of the operational procedures for each stage, the operating principles of core equipment, and the comprehensive quality-control standards that govern the entire production process. Particular emphasis was placed on the company’s core technological strengths in the deep processing of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs and the R&D and production of plant extracts, as well as its standardized management system and commitment to green manufacturing, enabling the client to gain a clear, firsthand understanding of the stringent controls applied throughout the entire journey from raw materials to finished products.
During the inspection, the client listened attentively to the briefing, pausing from time to time to observe the equipment’s operating status and examine product samples. They proactively engaged in in-depth discussions with the staff on production processes, quality inspection details, and other issues, to which the staff responded patiently and thoroughly. The client highly commended the company’s standardized production management model, rigorous quality control procedures, and professional technical expertise, and expressed that this on-site visit had strengthened their confidence in cooperation.
